Homewood has been guided in all aspects of service delivery by the standards of practice set out by the Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) and administered by the Council of Accreditation (COA).

Homewood received Accreditation with Distinction (4 years) from COA/EASNA in April 2005 and successfully received reaccreditation in 2009.
