Collaborative Return to Work Planning

The return to work process is fundamentally different for an employee who is returning from a mental health leave. Reintegrating into the workplace can be very stressful, and concern about how they may be perceived by their peers can create vulnerability. We promote and facilitate a return process that includes discussion among all key stakeholders around accommodation requirements, education and ongoing post return to work support for the employee, their supervisors or other stakeholders.
